Expect to bark like a doggie in downward dog and meow and moo during the cat and cow poses! Class contributes to cognitive, physical, social-emotional and language development of children. The price of this class includes an automatic enrollment for one adult to the 'Butts, Guts and Glory' Saturday class occurring the same time in the adjacent room. |
