Although yoga has its roots in the ancient East, the powerful and undeniable results of steady practice capture the attention of today's doctors of Western
medicine. Yoga has always addressed the needs of human beings as a whole, rather than as a system of parts. Consistent Yoga practice honors the vital
necessity of living in a state of balance-mind, body and spirit. In a world where our senses are constantly assaulted by the shrill demands of modern living,
our balance suffers greatly and therefore our overall well-being.
