Kung Fu for Life programs at East West Fitness World provide an adventurous place for kids and
teens to learn Kung Fu. Youth ages 4 to 17 years old can learn the best self-defense techniques
from Kung Fu .

Our martial arts classes are a safe place for your child to learn martial arts, self-discipline,  focus & vision, and
self-control.
Self Defense
Another aspect of your son or daughter's training is  
learning how to use these Kung Fu techniques to protect
themselves, to learn
when and when not to use
techniques and what is appropriate. In addition to age
appropriate techniques, members of the Youth Class also
learn skills such as how to deal with bullies, how to deal
with peer pressure and anti-abduction skills.
Forms (Empty Hand & Weapons)
A form is a collection of techniques which are
choreographed in a specific pattern or order. Each form
your child learns teaches them different techniques, fighting
theories and principles, and provides them with a means to
practice technique and  footwork.

Self Discipline - First, your child makes a goal to achieve, then,
we use special motivational tools to reward  him or her for doing  
those things . You will feel an amazing sense of ease when your
child actually WANTS to do things you used to beg him or her to do.

Focus and Vision - From Day 1 your child will learn that to reach
his or her goal of Black Sash he or she must set powerful, intrinsic
goals.

Self Control - Making your goals and greater things happen
require sacrifices. Self control are what make these amazing feats
possible. As your child progresses in our program, they learn the
amazing power self control can play their lives, both physically and
mentally!
Youth Kung Fu
Little Dragons Kung Fu
(Ages  4-6) Little Dragons class aims to introduce children
to Kung Fu. The class mixes basic moves for walking,
punching, kicking and simple set work with games. The aim
is to help your child improve balance, coordination and
improve their levels of fitness all while having fun! Bring
water to drink and  loads of energy! Each child will
experience training that targets the skills that they are
currently developing; skills such as large and gross motor
skills, behavior development, and character development.
These skills have been broken down into age-specific
exercises, games, activities, and drills that compliment their
stage of development.
Kung Fu for Youth
(Ages 7 & up) Youth class with fun animal
forms. Channel your child's inner Shao-Lin
Monk! Kung Fu basics taught with positive
spirit and atmosphere. This class is open to
all backgrounds and any level of fitness.
